Welcome to Waifuprison.com, a website operated by AhoyPrint, LLC ("Waifu Prison", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This site contains adult-oriented content and is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must leave the site immediately.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We offer custom printing services for both SFW (Safe for Work) and NSFW (Not Safe for Work) materials. However, we strictly prohibit and will not process any print submissions that:

  • Contain sexual content involving minors, or depictions that imply or represent such illegal content

  • Infringe on copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected intellectual property

    By submitting artwork, you affirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce all content included in your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel custom print orders at our sole discretion if we suspect they violate these policies.

8. Product Use & Restrictions
All products sold are for personal, non-commercial use unless we provide express written consent for resale. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel purchases if misuse is suspected.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Waifuprison.com—including images, designs, graphics, logos, text, and product descriptions—is the property of AhoyPrint, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without our express written permission.

10. SMS & Mobile Communication
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to receive messages regarding order updates, promotions, and alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us at hello@waifuloot.com.

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waifu Prison disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhoyPrint, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our liability for any claim related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by you in the past six months.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waifu Prison and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claim, liability, or demand—including legal fees—arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be litigated in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
