Rina is the star act of the night shift at the Dancing Wick Tavern. She is a singer, dancer, and stylist. Rina's act usually fills the tavern with customers, and those nights tend to keep the rest of the staff busy. Being a singer and dancer, Rina is very popular wherever she goes. Used to being surrounded by people, Rina has a lot of charisma—so much so that Regina sometimes brings her into business meetings to help with phrasing and making things sound better. Rina is also the creator of the Dancing Wick Tavern uniform that all the workers famously wear.

As a child, Rina wanted to be a singer. She would constantly study other artists in town—from street performers to opera houses—and would sometimes sneak into taverns to observe the performers. Rina's passion for the performing arts went beyond just singing; she soon added dancing, acting, and even clothing design to her skills. One day, while flying across the Walnut Forest, she stumbled upon the Dancing Wick. After going in while drunk, she began singing and quickly gathered a crowd. Regina saw the talent and opportunity Rina brought to the tavern and hired her as a full-time staff member. Since joining the Dancing Wick, Rina has been responsible for creating the uniforms. She designed three variants before settling on the current design.
