Jezebel Nefari worked as an enforcer for a very cruel master in her home realm. Due to her position, she developed an extremely strict and sadistic nature. However, she always had a soft spot for her little sister Viciria (Ciri). Wanting a better life for her sister, Jezebel fled to earth to escape a life as servants in their home realm. Jezebel raised her sister on her own until eventually joining the Sunbreak Pirates where she quickly became the Vice Captain. Jezebel is often considered the real captain of the crew due to the Annie's incompetence. She often has to be the responsible person around the crew and often deals out harsh punishments. Even though she can be very tough, she cares deeply for her little sister and her crew.
Jezebel has the ability to summon whips out of her back. When angry the whips become very active. This often causes the crew to hide from Jezebel when she's angry to avoid getting caught in the crossfire.
